TURNER ENTERTAINMENT ARTIST

Raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. Jack began playing guitar, after hearing a recording by Jazz organist Charles Earland called the "Daily Double". Upon graduating from high school and touring with an R&B band, it was in Atlantic city where Jack sat in with Charles, who was playing at Club Harlem. A few months later he received a call to join Charles band where for the next three to four years he would serve tenure, and appear on a hand full of recordings with "the mighty burner" from 1973-1977.
